The location was reasonable and strategic, at a short distance from Georgian National Opera Theater. Plus, it was near to a great restaurant in the neighborhood, Freedom Square, and a well situated, clean and calm establishment.

We ate at a great restaurant for breakfast. Had a balcony, two windows and coffee, and several times we got coffee and tea for breakfast. Great and unbeatable location, it was near to a funicular station. A cool bonus was nearby Cafe Manu, that offered tea and coffee.

Tasty and enjoyable breakfast — a wide range of meals. Marvellous location, just a walk down to everywhere. A wide range of food options not very far from the venue.

Amazing room with a spectacular view. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room was spotless. The Wifi worked perfectly and the power plugs were conveniently located. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, offering great recommendations for tours. The breakfast had a good variety of options and the Nespresso machine was a nice touch, even though the coffee was a bit expensive. I had a fantastic stay at Urban Boutique and would definitely recommend it.

Straightforward and clean hotel, really kind and impeccable staff. Modern and silent room, with an exceptionally comfortable bed. Savoury breakfast with fresh pastries and a great view, as example at the terrace. Great location, a short way from Rustaveli. Found in the safe area not far from the funicular, restaurants, shopping, nightlife and museums, and avladobari which are located in the old town.

This hotel is great value for money, located on a hill with a balcony offering a stunning view of the old town. The service is impeccable and the staff is outstanding, always ready to help, providing suggestions for activities and organizing taxi rides. The rooms are clean and come with basic amenities and a super comfy bed.
No negative aspects to mention, everything was just fine.
